Jimmy has completed several large-scale, multi-million dollar commercial and religious projects.  His in-depth construction experience has afforded him the ability to deliver a strong, inclusive project package.  The diversity of projects in his portfolio shows his experience in many different and unique areas of architecture. The largest extent of Jimmy’s portfolio has been dedicated to religious facilities.  He has gained great insight into the complex task of balancing space, design and economy to create a successful venture for his clients.  Working together with both building committee members and church staff, ensuring good stewardship of the facility’s resources is of great concern.

As a Design Architect, Bear has found his passion.  His concentration is on designing new religious facilities, and renovating established congregations.  He describes his design capabilities as turning his clients’ dreams into reality.  Keeping the original feel of an area while breathing new life into the space requires an understanding of the relationship between a dwelling and its inhabitants.  Bear has an excellent understanding of both the built environment and the use of building materials.  This unique knowledge allows him to develop breathtaking designs while maintaining project budgets.

Originally from the Texas panhandle, Bear and his wife Shelby fell in love with the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio area. He is a Den Leader of his son’s Cub Scouts Pack, and he serves as a Board Member for the Universal City Economic Development Committee.  He is a member of Community Bible Church where he actively serves his congregation.
